Do you ever blame chocolate because when you eat chocolate, your body is getting extra weight? No worry, sometimes I do!! Because I am eating to much chocolate without cotrol it. Then I blame chocolate because it make me getting chubby and I feel like in the hell. Even like that, I still fans of chocolate with many style chocolates. It is like ice cream chocolate, chocolate bar, melt chocolate, pudding chocolate with fla or not, and also a cup of hot chocolate.

I feel so damn happy, and that is mean THIS IS GOOD NEWS for myself and you, of course dear.

Actually, if you consumption chocolate to much, it (chocolate) will make you get extra kilos. SO, it depend on you. Don’t eat to much chocolate, then you are not worry about your weight. Believe me, because now I do control myself when eat chocolate, including sweet drink and food. Plus, be smart when you choose chocolate. Because many brand chocolates. That is mean different contain of chocolate. Why chocolate become bad? It is not the chocolate fault but it get contamination from sugar and anything else.  So, the problem is not the chocolate but another ingredient inside the chocolate (bar, drink, etc).

I just realise, why in europe country they always offer chocolate in they menu books and also in the chocolate shop, including many style and also different price cheaper and expensive. The reason why people love to drink hot chocolate because it can refuse the sadness, angy become better. So, you can say “bye bye for the bad mood”.

So, you wanna say goodbye to the stress, depression. Start with the hot chocolate. Drinking hot chocolate is not just tasty but also will help you to fight stress, anxiety and depression. 
PS. Please beware when choose chocolate (drink or bar) because some chocolate may contain high sugar. This one is not good for health.  My advice, get the sugar free for your hot chocolate drink.
